Job Description
- The practice is constructed of 27 cardiologists, providing care to the residents of the Tri-State region (Northwestern Pennsylvania, Western New York, Northeastern Ohio).
- Join an exceptional team of nine Non-Invasive Cardiologists, supported by a well-trained and highly skilled staff, including 22 Advanced Practice Providers. You would be joining a busy, high-volume cardiology department that is a collaborative team. Working side by side with skilled interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgery, the cardiologists provide the highest level of quality cardiovascular care to the community.
- Non-invasive cardiologist to join a full-service cardiology group. The practice includes programs certified in Nuclear, Echocardiography, and Vascular diagnostics. Services offered include TEE, stress echo, 3D echo, EKG, vascular diagnostics, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. The office and diagnostic center are located next to the hospital. Clinics for congestive heart failure, adult congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and pediatric cardiology are available within the office.
- State-of-the-art 16-bed CVICU in a new critical care tower opened in January 2020, with 24/7 critical care medicine support available.
- The ideal candidate is a cardiology fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible physician.
- Two-year senior status track available.
- General cardiology call is shared with 11 physicians.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and training.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- 25 days of PTO, plus 7 recognized UPMC holidays
- PTO increases to 9 weeks in year three
