Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as a scientific partner to Cardiology KOLs and healthcare professionals. The role is field-based, supporting the Mid-Atlantic territory and collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Commercial teams to advance evidence-based patient care.

You will communicate complex clinical information, disseminate data, and help inform clinical decision-making while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree is (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD).
• 2+ years Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience (preferably as an MSL with some experience in Cardiology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine).
• A proactive leader who translates strategy into timely, impactful outcomes.
• Experience delivering professional presentations through listed lectures or evidence of teaching.
• Requires ability to travel in excess of 70% (Including some weekends).
• Must live in territory: (DC,VA,NC,SC) local to major airport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with KOLs to communicate and advance GE's Cardiology medical plans and initiatives.
• Communicate clinical/scientific insights back to medical affairs for evaluation.
• Participate at regional and national cardiology conferences and contribute to conference planning.
• Provide support to unsolicited investigator sponsored research proposals and Company-sponsored research.
• Participate in identification and training of speaker bureau participants.
