Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Cardiology. The role partners with KOLs and healthcare professionals to exchange scientific insights and advance evidence-based patient care within the Central territory.

In this field-based position, you will educate clinicians, collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams, and help translate data into clinical practice while upholding scientific and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or medicine.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, MSL preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ (includes some weekends).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clinicians.
• Location within territory: ND/SD/NE/KS/IA/MO/KY/TN near major airport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cardiology KOLs to communicate and advance GE's medical plans and initiatives.
• Present clinical/scientific insights to colleagues in medical affairs and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in regional and national cardiology conferences and develop scientific summaries.
• Support unsolicited investigator-sponsored and company-sponsored research proposals.
• Assist in identifying and training speaker bureau participants.
• Maintain full awareness of SOPs and applicable laws; report quality or compliance concerns.
• Prepare and deliver training materials on diagnostic imaging agents used in Cardiology.
• Provide medical input to projects led by US/Canada Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.
