Qualifikationen

• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program is preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Medical Assistant preferably in a cardiology practice.

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for visits to maintain timely patient flow.
• Observe patients' conditions and report to the nursing staff.
• Measure and record patient height and weight.
• Draw blood and obtain specimens as requested.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures maintaining a sterile field.
• Perform clerical and secretarial work as needed.
