Job summary

Qualifications

• Data entry is required.
• High School diploma or GED with 1 year MA/Secretarial experience, or new graduate of Medical Assistant program, or EMT certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and accompany them to the clinical area, document vital signs and allergies.
• Update patient information in the medical record and demographic history.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with paperwork related to care.
• Support in-office testing and coordinate with labs and outside services.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and manage supplies.
