The ideal candidate has CMA certification in CA, 1+ year experience preferred, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish. Schedule is Monday–Friday, onsite at 506 W. Valley Blvd., with a compensation of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant in California preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese or Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, nurses, and medical staff with administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a provider.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient exams and record patient histories.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, record vital signs, and document in patient charts.
• Perform EKG and cardiac monitor hookup.
