Job summary

Southeast Health in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit (2 East through 7 East) to apply the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements include a current RN license in the state, English proficiency, BLS, ACLS preferred, and PC skills. Shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm, part-time (0.6 FTE), on site.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• BLS certification completed.
• ECG/ABK course completed (ACLS preferred).
• PC usage in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric Medical/Surgical patients.
• Provide care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures on 2 East–7 East.
