Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in the cardiology practice. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations.

You will assist RNs and providers, deliver direct patient care in ambulatory and home care settings, and perform procedures for which you are competent. ND LPN license required; MN license within 3 months; BCLS within 3 months; cardiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ND LPN license required upon hire.
• MN LPN license required within 3 months of hire.
• AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
• Cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory and/or home care setting.
• Performs identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
