Job summary

BayCare in Dunedin, FL seeks an LPN II to support the cardiology practice in a full-time, in-person role. You will assist physicians, screen patients, handle injections, labs, and education while contributing to a compassionate care team.

The position requires a Florida LPN license and at least two years of LPN experience, with daily hours Mon–Fri and no weekend duties. BayCare emphasizes training, benefits, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have FL LPN license.
• 2 years LPN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the physician's office health care team.
• Answers phones.
• Screens patients' charts prior to appointments.
• Interviews patients and prepares them for examinations and procedures.
• Assists the physician during exams.
• Administers injections.
• Performs lab work or testing as needed.
• Follows up on test orders and reports results to physician and patient.
• Provides patient education.
• Maintains medical equipment and inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
