Job summary

Aiken Physicians Alliance, affiliated with Universal Health Services in Aiken, SC, seeks an LPN/LVN to support patient care under physician supervision. You will interview patients, take vital signs, venipuncture, and assist with treatments while documenting in the EMR.

You will also help prepare exam rooms, cover front-desk tasks as needed, administer medications, and educate patients and families on health management. BLS/CPR and an active LPN/LVN license are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of LPN/LVN nursing training from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Current state licensed LPN/LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and measure vital signs as directed.
• Perform venipuncture and basic procedures under physician guidance.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient progress.
• Document care in the Electronic Medical Record per IPM guidelines.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with front-desk duties when needed.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management.
