Seeking a qualified BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join our talented team!

About the Practice

• Our group has been providing exemplary cardiac care to patients in Somerset County and beyond for over 30 years.
• The department currently employs three full-time cardiologists: two non-invasive and one interventional.
• We have two physician assistants—one full-time and one part-time—with a third full-time position being added due to increased volume.
• An electrophysiologist (EP) sees patients one day per week and performs procedures at the hospital. We also run a weekly pacemaker clinic.
• The practice is conveniently located directly across from the hospital, facilitating easy inpatient and outpatient care transitions.
• Non-invasive cardiologists rotate weekly between inpatient and outpatient services, supported by physician assistants.
• Hospital services include rounding/consults, TEE procedures, stress tests, echoes, and EKGs.
• Medical call duties are shared among non-invasive cardiologists, with some weekend coverage provided by locums and physician assistants.
• The interventional cardiologist has been with us since 2016 and is well-regarded regionally for his exemplary care.
• The medical cardiologists have been with the practice since 2019.
• Our physician assistants have several years of experience working closely with the cardiology team.
• We currently use Epic EMR for outpatient care; the hospital is transitioning from Paragon Allscripts to Epic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $550,000 to $650,000 based on experience, plus wRVU production incentives.
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000 to $35,000.
• Loan forgiveness up to $100,000.
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
