Cardiology - Interventional Locum Opportunity in Goodyear, AZ

Job Summary :

• Reason for Coverage : Growth
• Board Status : BC or BE
• Will accept multiple providers : No
• Must have completed 1-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology

Schedule :

• Call Schedule: ER call 5-7 days a month, 1:4 weekends.
• Start date: Between January 2025 and August 2025
• Visa: J1-visa eligible. H1B visa not available.

Job Description :

• Full time Interventional Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiology care in outpatient and inpatient settings. Current team consists of 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Inpatient Rounding and Outpatient clinic
• Interpretation of noninvasive studies including EKG, Echo, Stress test, Nuclear Medicine stress,vascular Ultrasound, event monitors and holters
• Interventional cardiology procedures and cases, including emergency and elective angioplasty and stenting, diagnostic heart catheterization.

Candidate Requirements :

• Active AZ State License
• Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
• Vascular skills a plus
