• 425+ bed not-for-profit medical center
• Well-established cardiac team of 12+ cardiologists
• • 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 5 General Cardiologists, interventional cardiology, structural heart cardiology, and electrophysiology
  • Advanced Heart Failure APP support in hospital and clinic
  • 22 patients per full-day clinic, on average
  • Established LVAD monitoring clinic
• Shared call 1:8 - subspecialists rotate with the general cardiology team
