Job summary

Griffin Health in Derby, Connecticut invites an experienced Advanced Practice Professional to join our cardiology and electrophysiology teams. The role spans inpatient and outpatient care, including stress testing coordination, CCTA and Cardiac MRI coverage, and H&P’s for EP surgeries.

The APP will manage device therapies, treat arrhythmias, coordinate care with hospital teams, and provide expert patient assessment across complex episodes in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active CT APRN or PA license.
• CT Controlled Substance and DEA registration.
• Cardiology experience required.
• Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implantable cardiac devices in inpatient settings.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with arrhythmias and anticoagulation management.
• Support hospital cardiology and electrophysiology teams with inpatient consultations and care coordination.
• Write H&P reports for Electrophysiology surgeries and assist in consultations.
• Cover stress lab procedures, CCTA, and cardiac MRI as needed.
