Job summary

Advocate Health in Concord, NH is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time position in the Cardiology: Electrophysiology department. The role supports patient care from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a holiday triage requirement every two years. Base pay ranges from $35.50 to $53.25 per hour with a 40-hour week.

The RN will engage in governance, use the nursing process, monitor patient conditions, and ensure accurate EHR documentation while promoting safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) of care.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/virtual modalities may apply.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Communicates effectively, delegates appropriately, and pursues professional development.
