Job summary

Qualifications

Current RN license in state of practice
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in cardiology, cardiac care, or patient education
Strong communication and teaching skills to explain complex medical concepts
Willingness to travel locally to patient homes and clinic sites

Responsibilities

Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, maintenance, and monitoring of the cardiology device in clinic settings and patient homes.
Provide individualized instruction, troubleshooting, and follow-up to promote adherence and positive outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and device representatives to coordinate education plans and reinforce care protocols.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate training records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
