Job summary

ProTouch Staffing seeks a board-certified Cardiologist to lead cardiology clinical trials in Anchorage, AK as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on selected studies. This part-time position offers a day shift and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active California medical license.
• Board-certified in Cardiology.
• Interest in clinical research; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PI or Sub-I on assigned cardiology clinical trials.
• Conduct participant evaluations, physical exams, and assess eligibility.
• Monitor safety, adverse events, and treatment outcomes.
• Review and sign study documentation according to protocol and regulations.
• Collaborate with coordinators, nurses, and research staff.
• Attend protocol training and maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
