Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• BLS certification required; valid for 90 days post start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across ambulatory CV clinics with a focus on education and patient care.
• Educate patients and families, and support care transitions.
