Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year RN experience required.
• Additional qualifications include current state RN licensure and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across care transitions.
• Support cardiovascular clinics with chart reviews and scheduling for tests and appointments.
• Provide patient education and interdisciplinary clinic support.
