Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required; new graduates via Nurse Residency program may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Coordinate nursing care across the care continuum.
• Support cardiac care clinics and education initiatives.
• Document and communicate patient information reliably.
