Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Active multistate RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient flow and triage in ambulatory clinic.
• Coordinate communication between front desk, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Develop patient outcomes and set goals with providers.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in EMR.
• Support continuity of care post-discharge or ER visits.
