Job summary

CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high‑quality care within an interdisciplinary team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, and collaborate to achieve optimal outcomes in a fast-paced clinic.

Requirements include an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors; assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and laws.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

Pay Range

$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
