The University of Miami Health System seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to deliver comprehensive cardiac care within our cardiology department. You will perform physical assessments, order and interpret tests, and prescribe therapies under supervision as needed, ensuring continuity of care for stress testing and other procedures.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, Florida licensure, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of two years’ cardiovascular experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Board Certification and Florida licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and documents complete physical examinations and health histories.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests as appropriate for cardiovascular care.
• Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Collaborates with cardiology team and coordinates stress testing and procedures.
• Ensures documentation and patient education for continuity of care.
