Job summary

US Heart and Vascular, in partnership with HeartPlace, is offering a PRN Advanced Practice Provider position in a high-volume Dallas cardiology practice. The APP will supervise testing across six imaging clinics and also manage patient care under the PET CT and Nuclear Stress Team.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in cardiology, an active Texas license, and a Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program, with DEA, BLS, and ACLS credentials. Outpatient experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of cardiology experience; APP experience preferred but not required.
• Outpatient setting experience is ideal.
• Master’s degree in nursing; graduate of accredited NP/PA program.
• Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid DEA license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support/testing supervision in six imaging clinics as needed.
• Work with PET CT and Nuclear Stress Team and independently manage patient care.
• Provide cardiovascular assessments and manage common cardiology issues.
