St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team!

Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain thorough documentation in a well-supported practice with an integrated Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• Unrestricted permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
• Degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Emphasize preventive care and population health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
