Job summary

St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team.

This full-time position offers a 5-day work week with one weekend per month for hospital rounding, and is supported by an established practice and strong referral networks. The role requires PA/NP licensure in Pennsylvania, and the ability to prescribe controlled substances.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• Unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care and population health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements

A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.

B: Education:

• Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
