Job summary
UHA University Health Associates in Martinsburg, West Virginia, is seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (APP) in Cardiology to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care for cardiology patients across inpatient and ambulatory settings. Qualifications
- Graduate of CCNE-accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing and WV licensure.
- National Certification by recognized APRN certification centers.
- Licensure or eligibility as RN/APRN in West Virginia and BLS; ALS as per department.
- PA pathway requires ARC-PA approved PA program, WV licensure, NCCPA certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive cardiology patient care in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
- Perform rounds, evaluations, tests, and coordinate discharges.
- Collaborate with cardiology faculty and staff, develop individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and nursing students; participate in education programs.
