Job summary

Beebe Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician in Cardiology to join our Beebe Medical Center team. The position requires working five days per week across outpatient offices and hospital facilities, with responsibilities spanning prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Education includes NP/PA program completion and active licensure with DEA; strong EHR skills and a focus on education of students, residents, and fellows are expected.

Qualifications

• Active state and/or compact licensure required; board certification preferred.
• Valid Delaware medical license and DEA registration.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision making.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program. Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases in adults.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac diagnostics (EKG, imaging).
• Evaluate and manage inpatients and outpatients; provide consultations.
• Collaborate with team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with clinicians and hospitals for patient care transitions.
• Document thoroughly in the EHR and participate in CME.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ThriveAP sessions.
