Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) with cardiology focus. The APC will work five days a week across outpatient offices and Beebe Medical Center, under leadership of the Group’s CAO and Chief Physician Executive.

The role includes teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and supporting education across acute, subacute, and ambulatory settings, with emphasis on patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Formación

• Active State and/or Compact licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician Associate. (Board Certification required)
• Valid Delaware medical license and controlled substances registration (DEA)
• Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases in adults, including CAD, heart failure, hypertension, lipid disorders.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac studies and tests.
• Provide cardiovascular consultations for inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on prevention, risk factors, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality initiatives.
