Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a skilled cardiology professional in Freeport, Illinois, to handle morning rounds and clinic hours from 11 am to 4 pm. The role requires expertise in echo, stress testing, EKGs, and both inpatient and outpatient cardiology services.

Certification in ACLS and BLS is mandatory, along with hospital privileges. Additional nuclear and TEE skills are a significant advantage. Competitive compensation, along with paid malpractice insurance and support for travel and housing, is provided.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Skills in nuclear cardiology and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) are highly desirable.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounding mornings and clinic from 11 am to 4 pm.
• Perform echo, stress tests, EKGs, and general cardiology assessments.
• Manage hospital privileges as required for the role.
