Job summary

Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a supplemental Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing practice. The candidate will work with a collegial group of Mayo Cardiologists to provide team-based care for patients in a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital.

This role features interventional/cardiac imaging support, with preference for Level III Echo training; duties include performing TEEs, clinic visits, and inpatient rotations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be board-certified/board-eligible in Cardiology and qualify for a WI medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based care for patients in a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital.
• Perform TEEs and interpret echocardiograms; experience with CT angiography, cardiac MRI and nuclear stress testing is a plus.
• Clinic duties and inpatient hospital rotation; daily responsibilities in a collegial cardiology group.

Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a supplemental Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing practice. The candidate will work with a collegial group of 4 other Mayo Cardiologists to provide team-based care for patients in a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital, which provides a full spectrum of cardiovascular care including interventional cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology procedures. Preference given to candidates with Level III training/certification in Echo. Additional skills in other imaging modalities are beneficial (e.g. CT angiography, cardiac MRI and nuclear stress testing). Daily responsibilities could include performing TEEs, seeing patients in a clinic setting, and inpatient hospital rotation, in addition to interpreting echos. This is an hourly, non-benefit-eligible position.
