Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Non-Invasive or Invasive/Non-Interventional Cardiology training.
• Ability to recognize and manage cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.
• Nuclear Cardiology boards/certification preferred.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology consultation and rounding at a nearby hospital with comprehensive cardiovascular capabilities.
• Hospital consultations and rounding; physician acts as consultant rather than admitting physician.
• Interpret cardiovascular diagnostic studies and manage cardiac and peripheral vascular disease as needed.
• Office-based cardiology consultations and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
