Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
• Non-Invasive or Invasive/Non-Interventional Cardiology training.
• Florida medical licensure eligibility.
• Ability to recognize and manage cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.
• Nuclear Cardiology boards/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Office-based cardiology consultations.
• Hospital consultation and rounding.
• Interpretation of cardiovascular diagnostic studies.
• Cardiologists function primarily as consultants.
• After-hours responsibilities limited to telephone coverage.
• Expanding outpatient procedural capabilities.
