There is a robust structural heart program with TAVR and left atrial appendage occlusion. The local service line is complemented with two cardiothoracic surgeons, four cardiac anesthesiologists, three vascular surgeons, and thoracic surgery. Furthermore, our service line extends across a 11 hospital system with three tertiary centers, and is home to the Virginia Mason Franciscan Cardiovascular Fellowship program.

We provide care for over 200,000 patients in our cardiology clinics annually and provide inpatient services for our healthcare system that includes over 1500 beds and 8 hospitals in the Greater Seattle Area.

  • Position Details: This is a predominantly outpatient position. Inpatient responsibilities are limited to weekend rounding coverage on a rotating basis.

  • Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Primary clinic location is in Silverdale with at least one satellite office location TBD.

  • Call: Physicians participate in a weekend inpatient rounding rotation approximately every 6-7 weekends. Weekend call includes direct inpatient coverage with two APP's, and overnight backup call to nocturnist APP.
