Cardiologist, Non-Invasive, Brown Academic Appointment

Brown Health Medical Group, the affiliated partner of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, has an opening for a non-invasive cardiologist specializing in general cardiology at Rhode Island & Miriam Hospitals in downtown Providence, RI.

About the Job:

  • Join a team of 40 cardiologists (all cardiovascular sub-specialties) and 30 advanced practice providers
  • Teaching opportunity as faculty on the hospital teaching services
  • Weekend call 1:5
  • Night call is 1:15 (light from home)
  • Strong team of dedicated support staff including APPs, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Secretaries
  • Time is split between cardiac noninvasive testing, outpatient office and inpatient cardiac consultative services
  • Potential for an academic appointment to Brown University

About You:

  • Board certified or eligible in Cardiology
  • Fellowship training in cardiac imaging
  • Exposure or interest in cardio-oncology and or QI preferred but not required
  • A track record of excellence in teaching and patient care in an environment that fosters diversity and inclusion.
