Job summary

Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato is seeking a general / non-invasive cardiologist to join a growing practice. You will interpret echocardiograms and perform TEEs, oversee NP/PAs, and see patients in a clinic setting as part of a collegial team of Mayo Cardiologists.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret echocardiograms (echo) as part of daily patient care.
• Perform transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
• Oversee NP/PAs who run the hospital service.
• See patients in clinic settings.
• Collaborate and educate with Mayo Clinic Rochester.

Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN, is seeking a general / non-invasive cardiologist to join our growing practice. The candidate will work with a collegial group of 9 other Mayo Cardiologists (3 interventional, 1 EP and 5 general cardiologists) to provide team-based care for patients in a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital, which provides full spectrum of cardiovascular care. Daily responsibilities will include interpreting echos, performing TEEs, overseeing several NP/PAs who run the hospital service, and seeing patients in a clinic setting. Opportunities are available for collaboration and education with Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Candidates may have an appointment with Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and opportunities to be involved in Mayo Clinic’s three shields: practice, education and research. Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for medical specialties may range from $208,000 to $708,168 . This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
