You will work with EP, Heart Failure, and interventional subspecialists, in a 1:4 call/hospital coverage model, backed by 24/7 hospitalist support.

The role requires board certification, fellowship training, and an active California license, with a shareholder-track opportunity in a stable medical group.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
• California Fluoro license.
• Board-certified or eligible in General Cardiology (US).
• Must be currently US Board Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general cardiology care across a broad range of conditions.
• Collaborate with EP, Heart Failure, and Interventional teams for referrals.
• Participate in a 1:4 call/hospital coverage rotation with 24/7 hospitalist support.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As ourGeneral Cardiologist Physician, you will join Mercy Medical Group a large, multi-specialty group in the Sacramento Region, comprised of 600+ providers. This outstanding opportunity within a physician-owned and led group allows you to deliver high-quality, non-invasive cardiac care to a diverse patient population, supported by robust clinical infrastructure and collaborative subspecialists in Grass Valley, CA.

You will engage in comprehensive general cardiology practice, managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions in a full-time capacity. You will collaborate closely with an experienced team of cardiologists, leveraging the readily available expertise of EP, Heart Failure, and Interventional subspecialists for referrals. Your responsibilities will include outpatient care and participation in a 1:4 call/hospital coverage rotation, supported by 24/7 hospitalist services, ensuring continuous, high-quality patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified, fellowship-trained General Cardiologist with a passion for exceptional patient care and a collaborative spirit. You should be committed to joining a dynamic, high-performing team and eager to pursue a shareholder track opportunity within a stable, reputable medical group.
