Job summary

The Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) invites an experienced Cardiologist EP to join the Los Angeles team. Board-certified or board-eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology is required; expertise in AF ablation, VT management, CIED implantation, leadless pacing, and lead extraction is highly valued.

The role includes advancing EP programs, teaching, and collaboration across our comprehensive electrophysiology services in a large academic-tradition setting.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

Location: LAMC with possible travel to outlying EP clinics

Scope of practice: Comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology including AF ablation (RF/PFA), VT management and ablation, complex arrhythmia care, CIED implantation and management, conduction system pacing, leadless pacing, ICD/CRT implantation, and lead extraction development.

Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation ablation, ventricular arrhythmia management, complex cardiac device implantation, and lead extraction. Experience in these areas is strongly preferred. Interest in teaching, program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical innovation is highly desirable. The successful candidate will help lead in the continued development and expansion of the lead extraction and ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation programs.
