Job summary

Posterity Group staffing CRDAMC with a Cardiologist to provide comprehensive care, diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The physician will order and interpret tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on heart health.

Requirements include MD degree, board certification or eligibility in Cardiology, fellowship training, 3–5 years of cardiology experience, and an active medical license in the United States.

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) with Cardiologists. The Cardiologist is expected to do the following:

  • Provide comprehensive cardiology care to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac monitoring.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Requirements
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology
  • Fellowship training in Cardiology (Residency)
  • Three to five years of Cardiologist experience
  • Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
