Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week Cath Lab assignment in the Tucson area. The role requires strong scrubbing and monitoring skills and prior Cath Lab experience.
ARRT certification is required; RCIS certifications will not be accepted. STEMI coverage, on-call rotations and the ability to work 4-10s for those living outside Tucson are key, with a day shift rate of 71.50 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist to join our Cath Lab team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate must have prior Cath Lab experience and be highly skilled in both scrubbing and monitoring invasive cardiovascular procedures.
ARRT certification is required. RCIS certifications will NOT be accepted.
Previous Cath Lab experience is required
Experience with sterile technique and scrubbing Cath Lab procedures
Ability to scrub complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures
STEMI coverage is required
Experience with Impella and IABP is expected
Experience with Mac-Lab monitoring/recording preferred; candidates must be willing to learn Mac-Lab if needed
Strong knowledge of Cath Lab products and supplies
Ability to restock procedure rooms and maintain appropriate inventory
Scrub and monitor Cath Lab procedures
Maintain strict sterile technique throughout procedures
Provide technical support during routine and complex cardiovascular interventions
Participate in emergency STEMI coverage and on-call rotations
Operate and/or assist with hemodynamic monitoring and recording using Mac-Lab
Prepare procedure rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
Restock rooms and maintain familiarity with products used for cardiovascular and interventional procedures
Support physicians and the multidisciplinary team during invasive procedures
Experience scrubbing a variety of Cath Lab and interventional cases is required, including:
Angiograms
PCI
Complex PCI, including CTO and left main cases
PFO procedures
Device implants
PE thrombectomy
Peripheral procedures
IR cases
Structural Heart procedures — preferred, but not required
The ideal candidate is a dependable, highly skilled Cath Lab technologist who can confidently function in both scrub and monitoring roles, respond effectively to STEMI emergencies, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
