Position Overview: Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital's Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, part of the Houston Methodist Specialty Group, is seeking a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have expertise in general cardiac surgery, including coronary artery bypass, valvular replacement/repair, and structural heart disease.

Facilities & Equipment: The hospital features ten advanced operating rooms, including a specialized suite with fixed imaging for peripheral vascular surgery and a dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgery suite with perfusion access and integrated systems. Plans are underway for a Hybrid OR supporting TAVR procedures, staffed with RN circulators, surgical techs, anesthesia techs, and endovascular radiology techs.
