CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Birmingham seeks a Board-Certified Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon to join a six-surgeon team in our health system.

You’ll perform vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and advanced heart failure surgeries, collaborating with a supportive team and using imaging and service lines such as TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, Mini-valves, and ECMO (coming soon). Requirements include 3–5 years of experience, Alabama licensure or eligibility, and a commitment to multidisciplinary clinics, hospital

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Cardio-Thoracic surgery experience required.
• Licensed or eligible for Alabama licensure.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary clinics and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and advanced heart failure surgeries.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage imaging and service lines (TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, Mini-valves, ECMO coming soon).
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics, cover hospital labs and suites, and build strong patient relationships.
