Northwell Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Poughkeepsie, NY for a full-time day shift (8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday). The role provides scheduling support for physicians, APPs, and diagnostic imaging, handling registrations, co-pays, eligibility checks, and front-desk tasks in both clinic and hospital settings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional, compassionate attitude while managing multiple queues and patient needs.

Formación

• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience scheduling inpatient/outpatient diagnostic imaging and appointments.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging and cardiac-specific appointments.
• Obtains records and confirms chart completion prior to clinic appointments.
• Coordinates retrieval of outside imaging and records.
• Facilitates clinic flow and handles last-minute tests.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Performs other duties as required.
