Job Summary And Qualifications
  • Measure, analyze, generate, and present reports on healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities focused on patient service lines or quality initiatives using benchmarks and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate sentinel event investigations and root cause analysis to reduce risk and enhance patient safety.
  • Review and collaborate on quality care correspondence with Risk Management.
  • Participate in establishing and maintaining organizational readiness for regulatory requirements.
  • Educate staff and physicians on performance improvement and patient safety.

Qualifications needed:

  • Mandatory: ADN or medical school
  • Preferred: BSN
  • Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Preferred: Quality management, regulatory compliance, TQM/CQI training and experience
  • Hiring manager prefers ICU or OR RN experience
