About Cardinal View Senior Living: A Lifespark Senior Living Community, opened in fall 2021, located in Middleton, WI, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Named in honor of the Middleton Area High School Cardinals, it is locally owned and accessible off the Beltline.

Wage: $15.45 - $18.80 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up room trays and tables, serving, bussing trays, pouring beverages, and assisting in food preparation.
• Transporting carts and delivering trays and nourishments.
• Maintaining cleanliness of dishes and utensils.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in a senior living setting (preferred).
• Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
• Advanced computer skills.
