Job summary

BayCare is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Tech for the Cardiac-Vascular Imaging team in Tampa. The role involves conducting Cardiac and Vascular ultrasound and Doppler testing, assisting the physician, and providing clinical support.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of ultrasound experience and relevant education, with BLS certification. RDCS/RVT/ RVS certification within one year is preferred. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• 2 years ultrasound experience in cardiac and vascular imaging.
• RDCS/RODS or RVT/RVS certification within 1 year of hire.
• Echocardiography or Ultrasound training completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound / Doppler testing.
• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in imaging procedures.
• Operate with minimal supervision within the Cardiovascular Team.
