Job summary

MusC Health in Florence, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care on the MedSurg 7th Floor. You will apply the nursing process, lead a care team, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary unit to ensure outcomes align with standards of care.

The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, safety, and professional accountability within a shared governance model. SC/compact licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina or a compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Proficiency in performing nursing assessments and interventions.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
