Job summary

UF Health Nursing Assistant/US, Techretary will join the Cardiac Medical Unit to support patients and assist the nursing team in delivering safe, organized care in a busy environment.

You must read, write, speak and understand English; Florida CNA license is preferred and BLS is required. This is a full-time, 12-Hour Days role in Leesburg, FL. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients while collaborating with a dedicated nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School Diploma or GED required; post-high-school specialized training preferred.
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic physical care and nursing procedures.
• Assist with patient comfort measures and maintain a clean, safe, organized patient care environment.
• Support the nursing team in a busy Cardiac Medical Unit.
