Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Registered or registry eligible with ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International; if registry pending, complete within 12 months.
• Previous ultrasonographer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce optimum scanning results using ultrasound as diagnostic aid and schedule ultrasound appointments.
• Write reports, file, charge and stock rooms with appropriate products.
• Place patient welfare above all other duties while patient remains in the ultrasound department.
