• Serve as central communication hub for nursing unit and cardiovascular service line.
• Schedule procedures and diagnostic testing; coordinate with physicians, nurses, and families.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments.
